If you need to return the bag for repairs, we will rework or replace the bag, and return it to you ASAP. Repairs to a bag within 90 days will be free. Just call us or email that you are returning your bag for repairs. Normal wear and tear is not included in the free repair. If after that time you need a repair done, we will charge a nominal fee of $5.00 and $5.25 for shipping. We will do our utmost to address your problem. Refunds will be given as a last resort if we cannot fix your bag. |
